These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of djoyx at djoyx.com, app.djoyx.com, and the djoyx iOS app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
djoyx provides AI-powered language learning through live voice conversation, companion chat, translation tools, progress tracking, and (on eligible plans) certificates. Features and limits may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
3. Plans & billing
- Free — limited weekly usage and features as shown on our pricing page.
- Pro — paid subscription with expanded weekly lesson limits and features.
- Super — paid subscription with unlimited voice practice and premium features (companion, translation, certificates).
- Monthly and yearly billing options may be offered. Prices and launch promotions are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the payment provider before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment platform and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use djoyx for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Share account access or resell the service without permission.
- Misrepresent certificates or verification results.
5. Certificates
Certificates are awarded through live speaking assessments on eligible plans. A certificate represents completion of a djoyx milestone for a language course and may be verified publicly by ID or QR code. Certificates do not replace formal academic accreditation unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual property
djoyx, its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You retain rights to your own voice input; you grant us permission to process it to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers
djoyx is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect translations, or specific learning outcomes. The agent tutor is an AI tool, not a human instructor or certified examiner.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, djoyx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free plan.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or change features. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Syarat & Ketentuan ini (“Syarat”) mengatur penggunaan djoyx di djoyx.com, app.djoyx.com, dan aplikasi iOS djoyx. Dengan membuat akun atau menggunakan layanan, kamu setuju dengan Syarat ini.
1. Layanan
djoyx menyediakan pembelajaran bahasa lewat percakapan suara langsung, mode companion, alat terjemahan, pelacakan progres, dan (di paket yang memenuhi syarat) sertifikat. Fitur dan batasan bisa berubah seiring pengembangan produk.
2. Akun
- Kamu wajib memberikan informasi akun yang benar dan menjaga keamanan kredensial.
- Kamu bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas di akunmu.
- Kami dapat menangguhkan atau menutup akun yang melanggar Syarat atau menyalahgunakan layanan.
3. Paket & pembayaran
- Gratis — batas penggunaan mingguan dan fitur sesuai halaman harga.
- Pro — langganan berbayar dengan batas sesi tutor lebih besar.
- Super — langganan berbayar tanpa batas, termasuk companion, terjemahan, dan sertifikat.
- Opsi bulanan dan tahunan bisa tersedia. Harga dan promo launch ditampilkan saat checkout dan bisa berbeda per wilayah.
- Langganan diperpanjang otomatis kecuali dibatalkan lewat penyedia pembayaran sebelum tanggal perpanjangan.
- Pengembalian dana mengikuti kebijakan platform pembayaran dan hukum yang berlaku.
4. Penggunaan yang wajar
Kamu setuju untuk tidak:
- Menggunakan djoyx untuk tujuan melanggar hukum, merugikan, atau melecehkan.
- Mencoba merekayasa balik, scraping, atau membebani sistem kami.
- Membagikan akses akun atau menjual kembali layanan tanpa izin.
- Memalsukan sertifikat atau hasil verifikasi.
5. Sertifikat
Sertifikat diberikan lewat uji bicara langsung di paket yang memenuhi syarat. Sertifikat merepresentasikan pencapaian djoyx untuk satu kursus bahasa dan bisa diverifikasi publik lewat ID atau QR code. Sertifikat bukan pengganti akreditasi akademik formal kecuali dinyatakan secara eksplisit.
6. Hak kekayaan intelektual
djoyx, merek, perangkat lunak, dan konten dimiliki oleh kami atau pemberi lisensi. Kamu mendapat lisensi terbatas, pribadi, dan tidak dapat dipindahtangankan untuk menggunakan layanan. Kamu tetap memegang hak atas input suaramu; kamu memberi kami izin memprosesnya untuk menjalankan layanan.
7. Penafian
djoyx disediakan “apa adanya”. Kami tidak menjamin layanan tanpa gangguan, terjemahan sempurna, atau hasil belajar tertentu. Agent tutor adalah alat AI, bukan pengajar manusia atau penguji bersertifikat resmi.
8. Batas tanggung jawab
Sejauh diizinkan hukum, djoyx dan operatornya tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial dari penggunaan layanan. Total tanggung jawab kami untuk klaim apa pun dibatasi pada jumlah yang kamu bayarkan dalam dua belas bulan sebelum klaim, atau nol jika kamu memakai paket gratis.
9. Perubahan
Kami bisa memperbarui Syarat atau mengubah fitur. Perubahan material akan diposting di halaman ini. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan berarti kamu menerima Syarat yang diperbarui.
